Clean an oiled floor, and feed it at the same time
Ciranova Floor Soap is a cleaner for oiled wood floors that nourishes as it cleans. Ciranova describes it as containing natural oils and wax, so it lifts everyday dirt without stripping the oils out of the timber, and leaves a water-repellent finish that helps protect the floor. It suits all oiled wood, including parquet and engineered timber.

The wax settles, and a spray mop minds
Left standing for a long time, the wax settles out of the solution and can clog the spray mechanism. Clean the mechanism now and then and it will keep working.
How to mix it, and what to avoid
- Shake the bottle well before use, so the wax is mixed evenly.
- Mix 4 to 5 caps with 10 litres of water.
- Mop along the grain with a traditional mop or a spray mop.

Do
- Use it for the weekly clean, not just when the floor looks dirty.
- When the floor needs feeding rather than cleaning, use a maintenance oil.
Don't
- Use it on a lacquered or sealed floor.
- Over-wet the floor.
