Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase
We will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) once the item has been returned and inspected. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can issue a return authorisation.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may ask for photographs or additional information so we can assess the issue.
We will either replace the item, arrange for a repair, or offer a full refund, including any shipping costs, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened floor care products
- Used cleaning pads or accessories
- Custom orders or special request items
