We aim to dispatch all orders promptly so you can keep your floors looking their best.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your items within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by region:

• Auckland: 1–2 working days
• North Island (outside Auckland): 2–3 working days
• South Island: 3–5 working days
• Rural and remote locations: Please allow additional time

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We use reliable courier services including NZ Couriers and Post Haste to ensure prompt and safe delivery.

Delivery Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the size of your order. Oversized items or bulk orders may incur additional freight charges – we’ll contact you prior to dispatch if that applies.

Pick-Up Option

If you’re in Auckland, you’re welcome to pick up your order from our Newmarket location. Select “Pick Up” at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.
